  • Yep. Porridge for breakfast and cheese and tomato sandwich for lunch. Maybe I'll have some cherry tomatoes and mushrooms to munch on if I get to the shop at lunchtime. As has already been said, it's easy and can be made on autopilot and I know the calories already. Only having ot work out the calories for dinner makes life…
  • I'm off to do w2d2 in a minute. I found w2d1 quite difficult so I'm really hoping it gets easier. Just can not cope with any hills at the moment! they really knock me around. Ah well...got to keep at it and I feel so much better when I've done it.
  • I found the couple of times that I have drunk (even with limiting my calorie intake to compensate) that I am heavier the next day due to bloating. I seem to lose it the next couple of days by eating properly but I put on at least 5 - 8 pounds so don't be too freaked out...it's only temporary...but you need to be careful…
  • That's fantastic!! I've got so many pairs of jeans that are just sitting in the wardrobe waiting for me to be able to wear them. It's just the little things that make the biggest difference.

  • Just finished w1d3 this morning. It was actually quite hard but I'll push up to week 2 on Sunday and see how I go. It certainly gets my heart pumping and I'm enjoying the fact that it's only 30 minutes so I can easily slip it into the day when the kids are still asleep.
  • I've only just started this week and am doing d3w1 tomorrow. Feel free to add me if you'd like :)
  • Yep, I use it! I love it too. I use the free app on my iphone and set it up for intervals depending on the week I'm doing. It's really simple and you can add music but I don't as I'm too busy gasping for breath!
  • I have done w1d2 and am doing day 3 tomorrow. the second day was much harder than the first and I must remember to stretch afterwards as I was a bit stiff and sore in the legs yesterday. I'm loving it and am looking forward to tomorrow. Keep at it!!
  • I agree with muscle weighing more than fat. I've stuck really well to my calories and then hit a plateau since I started exercising just over a week ago. Before that I was losing steadily but now I've stopped and have even put on. The difference is that I'm looking and feeling a lot better and my clothes are still loose so…
  • I started Sunday and I'm on my 2 day today. Seemed harder today but it's only 30 minutes so I'm coping!
  • Hi! I just started c25k on Sunday and I'm doing d2w1 tomorrow. It will be nice to keep in touch with other people doing the same thing :)
  • Count me in! I started w1d1 yesterday and I've done the same thing as you and set up Runkeeper to tell me when to walk and run. Will keep you posted how I go tomorrow.
  • I'm in! 158lbs this morning. (71.6kg)
  • Have just printed off the recipe and will try these tonight. They look fantastic and I can't wait to try them! Thank you!!
  • Hi, this sounds really good but I'm wondering which app for smart phone you are referring to that lets you know when to walk and run. Thanks :)
  • wow this sounds great! i'll have to look at getting involved from week one. i'm new to all this so will have a search though....
  • I'm sorry it's been a bad week for you. But you are right in saying we're not alone. There are just days when you want to 'medicate' with food but then you hate yourself for it afterwards. You've come so far though, and like you, I've been doing this for ages and keep losing and gaining the same 10kgs. Hang in there is all…
  • thank you. I've just finished eating dinner and I know the hard bit is going to be not eating til breakfast tomorrow! I've made a cup of tea to at least have something but it's nice knowing I'm accountable. If I could only stop the munchies at night....
  • Hi, I joined 2 days ago and am finding that by having to put my food intake into a diary that I'm much more aware of what I will and won't eat. It also lets me know as the day goes on how much I can eat for dinner or whether I should have that snack or not. I'm also finding that I'll go for a 10 minute walk just so I can…
