Sadly I have to pull the plug on C25K. The bones in my feet (apparently I need an operation but have been avoiding it), can't handle running for any length of time. I thought I would be able to get through it but the foot pain for the days after is too much.

Hope you all see it to the end and continue to enjoy your running.

Just completed W5D3! I know everyone says it, but I swear, if I can do it - so can everyone else! It's such a fantastic program. 3 weeks left!

CaseyeHardcast - sorry to hear about your foot :( hopefully once you get the operation you can start up again.

I started Sunday and I'm on my 2 day today. Seemed harder today but it's only 30 minutes so I'm coping!

I kinda gave up on this when I got to week 7, then for some reason I got inspired this afternoon on the way to the gym and ran 31 minutes non stop!! Yay!!

I really wanted to get back into this but my feet just can't handle it. I got on week 5 after quite a while off and found it quite easy, however my feet are not happy with me today.

I might just deal with the pain and see if it gets better.
