women lifting heavy, at home equipment suggestions?
hi there, im current;y 156lb, have lost 14lb over last 2 months and aiming for a muscular 135ish. Have lifted heavy before, about 4 years ago, able to squat body weight etc but only in the gym. I'm a stay at home mum of 2 now so setting up to lift in our garage. We will be getting a squat rack, bar, plates etc Can anyone…
