Congratulations!!! as has been said this is the BEST post i've read on mfp in the last 5 months, such positivity and mindfullness, i will be coming back to read again and again as I near my own goal. I hope you are recovering well. I havent exercised at all in the 5months ive been on here and have lost over 20lbs, slowly but surely, Have 2 little ones etc. Set my cals around 1400-1500 and that seems to work for me. All the best

hi there, I remember the first 5 pounds or so come off really quickly then things start to slow a bit, 'gaining' can be to do with hormones and salty meals, irregular bowels etc too Just keep going, take one day at a time, maybe take a few days off exercising and come back to it, you will still lose weight just keeping to…

dont freak out and quit, there are so many variables, different scales, time of the day and month (ovulation and period time) salty meals, irregular bowels, the list goes on, if it bothers you alot weight daily so you can see how much your weight fluctuates, I weight daily cause I was freaking out, all the best on your…

if you are planning on a family wait till your done, breastfeeding and subsequent weight loss has left me with fried eggs, will def be getting a lift when happy with my weight. Had my kids older though so maybe that makes it worse?

yep you get really hungry on 1200, im at 1800 with 20 min exercise everyday and losing weight, 1600 when i was sedentary.
