2 grids here. at my heaviest i was 178lbs back in august. i was exercising but you can't out work a bad diet. so i began running 5k's last summer and leaned out through october. i was at a stand still with the weight loss after losing 23lbs in about 3 months, so i maintained weight slowly increasing calories through february. i was eating 1800 calories when i was losing weight then i increased it to almost 2400 calories, gaining about 2 lbs (reverse dieting FTW). So i began to take out calories, kind of cycling carbs between cardio days and lifting days, and still lifting heavy (5x5's, olympic lifting.)
I've been losing about 1lb a week since march give or take, at 152lbs. I've leaned out but i'm now lifting heavier than i was when i was 178lbs. so the 2nd grid shows my 2 month and 4lb difference.
needless to say it's been a good year for me lol.
