So the scales show I have lost the weight, and my family says they can see it, but honestly I don't. I don't see it. I don't feel it. I feel sick any time I eat now. I started this nearly a year ago and now I am at 183 pounds. I have looked at picture between then and now I don't see what they or my co workers see.
Tying to find ways to cut carbs. I have been staying under my calories for the most part but carbs are a lot harder. Any idea out there?
