Miracle Whip?
"Eat This Not That" says if you're going to use one - Miracle Whip is a better choice than even a "Lite" mayonnaise. Any thoughts? (ie: tuna salad)

Daily Goals
Hello, First post.. Bare with me.. I see a lot of discussion on daily calorie intake, meeting the goal, making up work out calories etc. I'm curious about the other parts of daily goals. Do you try to hit the number with protein fat and carbs? Or are those numbers more of a guideline - not to exceed?
