Just looking for some motivation here, nothing crazy. Anyone here, a male who's gone from 240-250 down to 180-190 with pics of the transformation? That's my ultimate goal. I gave myself until the end of the year to get there. Today I am 219, and have been at it for a little over three months. Thanks!
