Caffeine?
So I've heard that coffee isn't bad for you, but every time I drink caffeine in the last few months I start breaking out like crazy. Once I stop drinking it, my face clears up. Does anyone else have this reaction to caffeine, or is it just me?

Does anyone know of any ab workouts that really work?? Right now, I only do planks. I have seen some improvement from that alone, but I'd really like to find other exercises to do with that. I also don't want to do videos.
