I have been sticking to under my calorie goal and exercising every day. I weighed this morning after not weighing since last Thursday. I am up a 1lb. What gives?? Just finished my cycle so it shouldn't be water weight. I am ready to throw in the towel.

Frustrated
So frustrated today. I have been sticking very closely to a 1200 calorie diet and running or exercising daily. I weighed today and I had not lost a lb since last week. Short of cutting off a limb I have no idea what more I could do. I keep my breakfast to under 200 calories and then eat the rest of the calories for lunch.…
