OMG I am having a terrible eating week and then my co workers brings in two boxes of Halloween chocolate bars.......really! I am hating myself right now!
So, when it comes to 'bad foods' or treating yourself 'they' say everything in moderation. What does moderation mean? Once a day, once a week, once a month? There never seems to be a definition with that and my definition would depend on my mood and could easily turn into a binge! What do you think?
