Weight lifting question
Please don't laugh at me. I used to lift 3 or 5 lb weights. Then I saw on mfp that you're supposed to "lift heavy". So I tried 8 lb and could do 6-8 reps. Then I thought maybe 12 lbs would be better, but I can only get 3-4 reps. What should I do? I'm a bit older and concerned with injuring myself but I want to get…
