I created an excel file to track my calories burned, and fit test results. Is there a way I can attach a blank one to our group board in case others would like to use? Day 5... Pure Cardio
Wow!! It was hard to get out of bed this morning and "push play" but I'm so glad I did! It was a tough workout but I felt great when I was done. I'm finding cardio wise I am able to mostly keep up. Gym Bag Recommendations
I really need to replace my gym bag. I have been going through them like crazy. The handles/straps usually end up coming out of the seams, or they tear somewhere. I need something durable that won't get all stinky and can hold plenty of stuff. Any recomendations?
