Day 5... Pure Cardio

Wow!! It was hard to get out of bed this morning and "push play" but I'm so glad I did! It was a tough workout but I felt great when I was done. I'm finding cardio wise I am able to mostly keep up. What is holding me back are my sore legs! They feel like they have heavy weights tying them down. Anyone else experiencing this? Today I wore my heart rate monitor - I only burned 260 calories... but I was sweating like a monster!

    I found that I was able to keep up with Day 5 better also. I think, for me, it was knowing that I did not have to repeat the exercises and that all I had to do was push through and it would be over.

    I am sooooo excited for us we are one day from week one....REST DAY COMING SOON!!!

    I was able to keep up with Day 5 better too!!!! The only part I didn't was the 8 fast pushups but I still finished it all out and loved every second of it!!!!!! :)

    Plyo tomorrow!!!!! :)

    Who can do pushups that fast, really?!? I was on my knees for those monsters!
