Hello all Restarted the healthy living Jan 2nd. Had lost 190lb over the last few years, but gained around 50lb for various reasons. So started again in Jan. On a course this week, so stopping in a hotel and using the gym. Today I feel really tired, no energy no nothing. Someone keep me on the stright and narrow?? Thanks
