I normally use pandora and iheartradio, but I'm about to go on vacation and part of the way there I'll be roaming, which means no data connection. So what is the best app to use to listen to MP3's and WMA's stored on the sd card?

How should I eat before running the Warrior Dash.
I'm running the warrior dash Saturday morning. Just wondering how I should eat the day before and what I should eat for breakfast before. Right now I'm on a deficit like most people on here trying to lose weight, so I'm wondering if I will have the energy needed to do this event. I don't want to pass out.
