Calorie intake question
Hi everyone! I have a question on the long debated calorie intake. I have been doing 1200-1500 calories a day trying to stay closer to 1200. I have been feeling pretty good. I work out about 6 days per week and I don't generally eat back my calories. Today I burned 922 calories on the treadmill. I ate my oatmeal for…
