In the 10 ten of my Biggest Loser Challenge!!!
I joined a Biggest Loser Challenge at work a couple of months ago..and today was weigh in day! I found out I'm in the 10 ten of the Challenge!!!!! 30 Day Shred vs Biggest Loser bootcamp
I've been wanting to try both of these workouts but want to know which is better bang for your buck? I've been doing Barry's Bootcamp for 6 weeks and have lost about 12 pounds and some inches....but Barry is getting really old and want to change it up a bit. So anyones opinions would be great!
