  • just relax..as hard as that is too do...I'm sure you will be fine and you probably didn't even eat any. I know that is soooo very disgusting but you chewed the blueberries well and I don't think you will have any adverse affects. If you are totally weirded out about it then you can call your local ER
  • I agree! I use ground turkey anywhere that I used to use ground beef. Just add it to sloppy joes, hamburgers, sheppards pie anything that you would use beef in!
  • After I workout I don't feel hungry for awhile afterwards. I agree with the above posters..if you don't feel hungry don't eat...just don't let yourself get to where you are starving either. When you start feeling a little hungry just go and have something light and you should do fine.
  • I agree..I'm not in this to wear a bikini...EVER! I'm in it to look good in everyday clothes...(that cover all parts of me)..to live a longer healthier life and to teach my kids to eat right and exercise! So don't even worry about the bikini....just focus on losing the weight to have a healthier you!
  • I do Barry's Bootcamp DVD's and have been since March 22nd and have lost 23lbs! and a ton of inches! So it seems home workouts work for me!
  • I already have! I'm sure all my friends and family are tired of hearing all about my fitness pal, but like you it has really helped me lose the weight! I've lost 21 pounds so far and am starting to feel really good again!
  • French fries my worst binge food...I try really hard not to even have one because I know I will just eat and eat. Also pasta is bad for me too.
  • I too eat right up until bedtime...sometimes thats the only time I get to eat those extra calories! I think as long as you keep it light and healthy you should be fine!
  • My advice is just to keep going on your healthier life style! Like other posters you will be surprised when you actually start a trend...especially when they see how thin and healthy you are getting! Another thing I do is take a different lunch and don't even go in the breakroom when I know there are "bad things" in there.…
  • okay it sounds like you and I are a lot alike...(I have three girls 9, 4, and 2 a full time desk job and I am currently studying for my RHIT exam..so homework every night) First lets start with eating...I found if I eat a breakfast I'm not near as likely to want to eat all day. I usually try and eat a protein for breafast…
  • Thats total CRAP! I would have asked to see a manager too..I've gotten plenty of happy meals and they have never asked if I was buying for a child?? Besides a happy meal is soo good cuz you still get to have mcdonalds just not all the calories of a big meal!
  • I would say if you have already eaten at least 1200 calories today then you are okay. I also agree with other posters that if this isn't typical and its okay to let it go today but just keep watch.
  • Whenever I go to a buffet I try and have a salad first...fresh veggies and such with little dressing...then I go and have a little meat, veggies and such...that way I fill up mostly on salad and don't want to much more!
  • I agree with the above posters...more water...less calories in snacks. Also it has helped me out a bunch to start eating breakfast...and that can be whenever you wake up...just don't go too long before you eat your first meal because your body has been fasting all night (or early morning) and you will tend to eat more if…

  • Have you tried going to McDonalds' website? If I remember correctly they have a create your own meal there and you can add and subtract ingredients to get the meal you ate...just a suggestion.
  • That is soo totally awesome! I have clothes in my closet that someday I hope I can also post a picture on here of me wearing them!! You are truly inspirational!! Way to go! And keep up the good work! (by the way your midriff looks awesome!)
  • welcome and good luck! I get from your post that you want to make this a "lifestyle" change and not just lose the weight but keep the old habits thing. I would suggest the first thing you do is make small goals for yourself. Like you want to lose 5 to 10 pounds in a month or you want to work out 3 to 4 times a week for a…
