I did a Kettlebells class on Tuesday and my muscles still hurt so much today that I'm having to cancel my other class - any ideas for fast ways to repair the muscles?? Thanks :smile:
Just wondered if anyone had any idea what to put a Toning focused Workout under on MFP? Currently putting it under Yoga but its a bit more Cardio than that..?

By tea time i'm nearly always over my sugar allowance! Not dramatically, but by between 4-10 most days. Will this affect my weight loss or affect the way the weight will come off?
