Just curious to know if there are any people here who bodybuild like myself and lift heavy. I'm trying to get cut, and then bulk until a little before summer and then cut again haha. Just wondered if there was anyone else out there that uses this site to cut. This is an awesome site and FREE too. :)
Just started doing Layne Norton's Power Hypertrophy Adaptive Training yesterday. Started with Upper Power yesterday, and Lower Power today. I will be doing Chest/Arms Hypertrophy Thursday, Shoulders/Back Friday, and Legs Hypertrophy on Saturday. Goals are to get my bench up from 215 x 5 to 245 x 5 and deadlift up from 385…
