Laye Norton's PHAT

Options
Just started doing Layne Norton's Power Hypertrophy Adaptive Training yesterday. Started with Upper Power yesterday, and Lower Power today. I will be doing Chest/Arms Hypertrophy Thursday, Shoulders/Back Friday, and Legs Hypertrophy on Saturday.

Goals are to get my bench up from 215 x 5 to 245 x 5 and deadlift up from 385 x 5 to 425 x 5 (Complete stop btw, not touch and go.)

Anyone else doing Layne's routine out there? Would be interesting to compare results on it!
