Hey everyone! This loss has taken me about a year with lots of ups and downs. I am currently at about 20kgs down, and am hoping to lose at least another 8kgs, and build muscle (my belly is still squishy). I started at 92kgs, now hovering between 72 and 74. I am 5"7. vegetable spaghetti
I have to share this with you as it's such a great itea! It's basically shredding vegetables to resemble spaghetti. I make mine out of carrot, zucchini and leek, and serve it with homemade lean beef, turkey or chicken meatballs and a light pesto or passata sauce. It's great! Here's the link:…
