How do you keep my weekends and birthdays on track?
I started my healhty eating on January 2nd and so far I have lost 2 lbs! But then the weekend comes and my daughters 3rd bday was this weekend! I do so great during the week, but for some reason the weekends are extra hard. Birthdays are even harder. I have alot of trigger foods and once I have them my will power goes out…
