1200 cals a day with a BMR of 1286

What's your favorite snack food?
Mine is Kashi Go Lean Crunch Honey Almond Flax cereal. I eat it right out of a baggy throughout the day when I need something sweet and crunchy. It's loaded with protien and omegas. I love it!

Too much sugar?
I love love love cantalope! I eat it every morning but according to MFP, as soon as I eat it I'm done with sugar for the day. Is this something I should not be eating? I eat 1-2 cups a day.
