Since this is all calculated over the course of a day, when should you really be eating those exercise calories. Literal Food Baby
Does anyone else's stomach actually physically expand over the course of the day? When I wake up my stomach is literally at least like an inch or 2 less than at the end of the day. I know my fiber consumption has been greater than normal lately, but does anyone else's stomach actually bloat inches like this? Is that normal?
