Not motivated, bloated, and tired (TOM)
BUT, I am still going to get my exercise in this evening!!!! Even though I am so discouraged about this 2-3 pounds of water weight I have put on in the last 2 days (because TOM),:mad: after I had been doing so well. Part of me just wants to curl up, eat, and then go to sleep. Lacing up shoes...here I go!!!!

I hear people talk about how they are small, medium, and large frame...How do you know? Is it by measurements?

Went way over calorie limit tonight! :/
I am new to this and I love this program! Recording what you eat really makes a difference in your day to day choices. My question is, what do you do when you have those bad days and you go way over your calorie limit. I am really diappointed because I had been doing so well all week, but I really want to keep going!…
