Wobbly inner thighs.
I'm losing weight nicely and toning up with kettlebells and some cardio. My tummy, arms and behind are looking firmer and I have lost inches everywhere but still my inner thighs are very wobbly. I need to brave a bikini in less than 3 weeks!!! Anyone have any good exercises to target this area?

Any kettlebell advice?
I can't lift really heavy weights in the gym so have bought some kettle bells for home. Does anyone know of any good workouts using them? Thanks. x

I don't understand "cheat days"
I see lots of people saying they have cheat days or cheat meals. I took this to mean they ate what they wanted then but some say they stay under their calorie limit while "cheating". I don't understand how that's cheating then, unless it just mean not eating "clean". Can anyone explain for me please?:embarassed:
