Break In-Between?
I was wondering if it really is okay, and beneficial to "take a rest" every other day from working out? I do P90X and Cardio-Dance-Aerobics-fun-stuff (yes.... videos, and I am not embarrassed to say it! I can't afford a gym sub!!). What's your hobby/talent? is the question for tonight, and there is no right or wrong answer. It's just for fun :) I draw, paint (including a lot of digital design) and bake; and according to my 'husband' and his friends, really, really well.
