Anyone done of these?? I am doing my first, possibly my last one tomorrow! My husband and I are doing it as a team... I wanted to compete with him but I think I might need help getting over some obstacles!
Well, day 1 was yesterday and was over close to 100 calories... Did not overeat, but ate when I was hungry... Shall see how today goes... :ohwell:
Have you all found the values given for calories burned in the database to be fairly accurate?? I am new to this and wondering if I should use my HRM to get my calories burned or is it fairly accurate to go by the database...
