I see posts on here about eating back the exercise calories. Could someone please explain to me why I would want to eat the calories back when I'm trying to lose weight? My daily goal is 1200, if I burn 600 calories at the gym I don't think I want to now bump up my calorie intake to 1800. I didn't eat them back this week…
