Cup of water?
When it says "drink 8 cups of water a day" how big exactly are these cups of water? As I generally re-fill my 1litre bottle in work about 5/6 times a shift, plus I drink some at home so I'm not sure how to gauge just how much that is in "cups" it's all a bit vague for my liking. Thanks, David
