How much do I REALLY weigh?
Last Monday I weighed 282 lbs, today I weighed in at 277.5 lbs. I've read many posts saying weight loss this fast is usually either the body making the adjustments to the dietary plans, or its just water weight. So it got me thinking how much do I really weigh and how much water weight do I have left to lose if any?

Looking for routine tweaks
Currently my plan is 30 minutes of walking a day, and today and tomorrow I do more strength training. Should I soon either next week or week after Monday thru Friday have 30 mins cardio and 30 mins strength a day? To those that loss more than 30 pounds, what was your weekly routine like? I'm open for tweaks!

Oh no I missed breakfast today
Hello people, this morning after a good workout cardio yesterday I set my alarm for 9AM but did not get up until around 10:30AM.
