Good suggestions from everyone! I believe the key is to gradually change my lifestyle and not all at one time. If I become strict the next day, I'll get burn out way too easily, and before you know it, I quit and gain even more weight than before. I believe that is the root of the problem. Too strict way too early on.

Hi I'm around 285 and 6'0", my BMI is 38.6. My current goal is to get down to 220 lbs so my BMI will then become just "overweight" but my ultimate goal is to atleast get around the 180-199 range. I use the barcode scanning in the MFP app and just assume that its 100% correct instead of using a digital food scale, I'll make sure to remind myself to not just rely on the app scanner.

Thanks for the suggestions! I tend to be busy on the weekends that's why I prefer the Monday to Friday workout routine. I also like to do my walking in the morning about an hour after breakfast, and before noon.

I'm 21, starting my program tomorrow. Been rough for me, due to depression, lack of motivation, death of a loved one last year, etc. but I'm ready now. Been overweight since 3rd grade and caught pure crap through the years from bullies. Add me please
