How much do I REALLY weigh?

Last Monday I weighed 282 lbs, today I weighed in at 277.5 lbs. I've read many posts saying weight loss this fast is usually either the body making the adjustments to the dietary plans, or its just water weight. So it got me thinking how much do I really weigh and how much water weight do I have left to lose if any?

    Give it some time. The numbers move around inexplicably sometimes. Just watch for a month or six weeks and then you'll have a better idea.

    I can easily pick up and lose 4-7 pounds with each period, too. It just shows up and disappears. Whatever. :)

    Impossible to really answer that.

    But the good news? Weight loss is about change over time. So the key is consistency. Use the same scale, in the same place and in the same manner. Such as if you weighed this morning right after waking up, before eating/drinking anything: make all of your 'official' weighins the same routine. And over time, measure the change.
