Help with calorie intake please!!
im 28 5'1 and 112 lbs lost 33lbs so far now i have the belly fat to bust off!! it has me at around 1200 a day. im making myself at 900. to loose a lb a week, i work out 5-6 times a day for an hour, is this a bad decision..making myself eat more to force food in me seemes wrong or will it go into starvation mode?? any help…
