[Hi guys trying this again last time I tried this I was running and much better shape several years ago I need to get back on track I'm not very happy with myself can't do the running part figure I'll walk and keep track of the calories atleast

Sorry I havnt been in awhile I havnt posted anything in quite awhile just getting back on track I did good so far except for one day last weekend. I may not record anything for tonight2 reasons a mix of snacks and other stuff not sure how I would record it hopefully I can I figure it out
