We leave this morning for a week in Seattle, and then leave again the end of June for New Orleans. I'm sooooo nervous about not being able to keep up with my calorie intake (and hope all of the walking I plan to do helps with the exercise regime). AHHHHHH!
Seems like I have trouble sticking to the 1200 limit. I feel like I'm careful for breakfast (fresh fruit, etc) & lunch (salad) but still use up so many calories that by the time supper rolls around I can't just make that 1200 limit.
