BMR v Daily calorie goal
Hiii I currently weigh 141lb and am hoping to get off another 10lb to be at my ideal goal/pre pregnancy weight. MFP said i should aim to have 1200 kcal per day, which is fine and i can do no probs but the BMR calculator is showing that my estimated BMR is: 1,345 calories/day* Does this mean that i should up my daily kcal…
