200 cal snack suggestion?
I have 200cal left for a snack tonight (I've already had dinner). I'm feeling a bit hungry. A small bowl of Shreddies might be good. But I'm wondering what others would eat, maybe there's something else in my house I just haven't thought of! So, what would you have for a 200cal evening snack?

Zumba shoes at home
I've been bookmarking a ton of zumba videos that I'd like to try at home. What kind of shoes should I wear? I'll be on carpet if that makes a difference. I have a pair of running shoes that I was properly fitted for, not sure they would be appropriate for zumba? Thanks!

Calculating zumba
What do you use to log Zumba? I just did it for the first time today, and worked my butt off (hopefully!). I did 25min at what is for me mid-high intensity. By the end I'm not sure I could carry on a conversation and I'm covered in sweat (and I don't sweat easily). I used the "dance-aerobic" option, and it gave me 133cal.…
