Running with a water bottle???
So, I'm thinking of starting to run. I can do 60 mins on my Elliptical, no problem. It says I run 12 miles...but I think that a huge overestimate. My concern is that I need to have water with me. I have lost 18 lbs in 2 and a half months and I find that I am freezing all the time!! Could it be because there is less "blubber" to keep me warm?? Anybody else notice this? Maybe I'm just weird haha...

This may be a silly question but... I just bought a hrm and I had a thought when I was recording what I burned. Should I reduce the number by the amount of calories I would have burned by just sitting around? My bmr is 1766, so I would burn 73 calories per hour.
