question about fasting
I have read before that it is healthy to fast once a week in order to cleanse your body or even to fast for 3 days in order to rejuvenate your body? I just wanted to know others opinions on this before i try doing either. Thanks for your help in advance!!! :happy:

I keep going over my calories

I suck at exercising!!!
So, I went away for the weekend to Boston for a baseball game and to hangout with friends and I got back and weighed in and I gained 3lbs!!!!
