I eat all night to stay awake, don't drink enough water usually, and am BORED at a desk most of the time... Anyone else deal with this? I've been near my goal weight for quite some time, and now I'm 'dieting' and exercising to be healthy. I do still tend to obsess over calories and weight. Whenever I eat a cookie I feel so guilty, even if I've busted my butt at the gym so I could afford to eat it...then there's the issue of my sweet tooth and not wing able…
