It IS a daily struggle! Even with the best intentions itsnot always easy to follow through... It is a good idea to think of fruit as dessert, honestly it is usually enough to satisfy my sweet tooth and it is a NATURAL sugar:)

Thats what I try to do too! Think about how I can change my habits for the future...its hard though, to actually change. I eat 3 egg whites pretty much every morning. Low in cals, high in protein, virtually no fat. Once in a while I cant help but eat one or two whole eggs...which is okay!!! I just try and watch how much cholesterol im eating!

Sometimes I find it really hard to focus on the positive. Ithink one of the best things us ladies can do is step away from the scale. Try and focus on how you feel instead. Maybe your clothes fit a little looser?:) Try to remember that its just a number, and you can still be healthy even if you dont think you weigh what…
