Swim suit for lap swimming in a pool
I'm looking for a suit I can wear for lap swimming. I'm still plus size, probably an 18W at this point. I don't want to break the bank because I'm losing pretty good and I won't be wearing it long, but the suit can't be utter garbage either. Anybody have any suggestions?

Those last 100 calories of the day.
I always find myself with around 100 calories that I need to eat to get to my minimum calories. Besides the obvious apple or orange, what do you like to have to top up your calories for the day? FiberGourmet pasta anybody?
I've been looking into this Fiber Gourmet pasta. I love pasta and it's hard to give it up, or even cut down significantly. This stuff looks like a dream come true. Anybody tried it or have an opinion on it's real nutritional value? Is it some kind of 'frankenfood'?
