can someone please point me in the right direction to let me know my correct training zone should be. For example: I recently purchased a F4 Polar HRM. I would like to have some motivational people who are on a life changing journey and perhaps we can support each other? The goals will be reached..... but so mucher simplier if we work as a team? WTH!!
I don't get it! this make no sense....I hear people say your supposed to eat LESS calories then you EXERCISE...so for example my calorie goal is 1200. I should work out at the gym so i can burn MORE then 1200 calories a day? it take me 45 minutes just to burn 400 calorie on the treadmill. Does this making sense to ANYONE???

Stranger here...I have no clue....need friends
I just came back from a physical and obvisouly it didn't go well. My goal is to run for 1 hour and loose close to 100 lbs. I"m new here and would love to find people who will be supportive with me. I have 2 small kids and want to be healthy for them as well as me. I hope we all are able to reach our goals successfully.
