The Scale
For some reason since I started working out and eating healthy I have felt the need to weigh myself 3 to 4 times daily. Just to see how it changes. I have heard that you shouldn't weigh yourself so much. More like once a week but I find it difficult. Does anyone else have this problem?

Zumba
So i have started zumba recently but I am a little confused as to what I should log it under. I really throw myself into it so its an awesome hour long workout class for me. I have been doing aerobics general but I don't really know if that is right. Any help would be great!
