Quinoa with grilled tomatoes, button mushrooms, french beans
This is my creation - so delicious!! 6 aspargus stalks 1/2 cup french beans 1tbsp sliced almonds 1 tsp olive oil 1 cup button mushrooms cut in half 1 cup quinoa cooked 8 grape tomatoes sliced in half 2 tbsp water 1.
