I want to dump the fat lady stores and feel more confident about myself. I also want to keep up with my busy 7 year old. Went tobogganing with my sister and the kids, he told me that I can't toboggan because I am too fat. :( He already knows that I cannot do a lot of stuff with him so he thinks I can't do anything.

Hagen Das Caramel Cone Explosion - been sitting in freezer for 2 weeks untouched. I run out of calories everyday so no ice cream for me. Also resisted a caramilk chocolate cake a coworker brought in. It sure looked yummy.

Are you eating back your exercise calories? You need to eat a minimum of 1200 calories. Try calorie cycling - you eat 1200 one day and 1500 the next. Google 'calorie cycling". This helps me when I stop losing. Good luck!

That's why I kicked it up with all of these veggies - so it works out to 1/4 cup cooked quinoa and loads of veggies! I added the calories and carbs etc in the first post.

I'd suggest the Clean Eating or Insulin resistance Diet - both are easy to follow. I like Clean Eating the best.

I've done the PCOS Diet and Insulin Resistance diet as well as Eat Clean Diet and have had great success with all of them. the problem is that I always revert back to my old ways. Oy vey!

I like it but Jillian gets annoying: I started shred on May 3 but have only done 21 times: Inches: Hips -2 Waist -2 Arm -1 Thigh -1.5 Chest -3.5 weight -3lbs. Not sure how to calculate total inches lost - I think just add up? So if so - I lost 10inches.

That always sucks. Are you sure you are only eating 1200 calories- do you weigh all your food and measure it out? Are you watching the sodium? Sodium can affect weight. I can't see your diary so I can't really give you much advice. I know I'll gain before TOM and then lose it after my cycle starts.

Just some suggestions from reading your diary: Cut the sodium down to 1500 mg a day, drink more water and third, eat cleaner - meaning less refined foods and pasta's. I drink a lot of water and don't have any weight gain, last month I lost 2lbs. Before I drank water - I was always up 2-3lbs minimum.
