ONEDERLAND IS WONDERFUL!
I stepped on this scale this morning and saw that I was finally in ONEDERLAND! I've had a cold all week but have been eating well and healthy (skipping the workouts though - tonsillitis and running is no fun) but it feels absolutely amazing! just thought I'd share :)

So this past week and a half I've been pretty sick with tonsillitis, which means that I haven't been exercising. I've been eating all my calories (sometimes a bit over) and I've lost 4 pounds! Hi guys! I know this seems like a really silly question, but I have tonsillitis and have completely lost my voice! I've been hydrating with water all day, but I was wondering if anyone knew what else I could do to help my voice? It's pretty bad at the moment :( .
